تمر مضافتي

لقد عرف التمر بفوائده الصحية الكبيرة ومحتوياته الغذائية الغنية مثل الفيتامينات والمعادن منذ زمن طويل. يعد التمر أيضًا مصدرًا جيدًا للطاقة والسكر والألياف. تُزرع أنواع مختلفة من التمور في إيران، لكن القليل منها له أهمية تجارية ويتم تصديره إلى بلدان أخرى. واحد منهم هو تمر مضافتي (Mazafati) وهو حقا لذيذ ولذيذ.

وقت الحصاد: سبتمبر وأكتوبر
